Interface health stats are not getting refreshed/updated in the Performance Center portal when time range is changed

Issue/Introduction

We are not seeing interface status update after changing the time duration. 

To get the updates we need to refresh "manually" on the main URI in the browser.

 

This is impacting other systems like Grafana in addition to the NetOps Users.

Environment

 DX NetOps 25.4.10 and older

Cause

This is a known defect - DE209098, DE209124

Resolution

 This is targeted to be fixed in 25.4.11 +

This fix has been back ported to 25.4.9 and 25.4.10.
