Issue/Introduction

• When running the validation in VCF- Installer, following error comes as 
  
  "Component VMware Cloud Foundation Operations fleet management with version 9.0.2.0.25137839 is not compatible with VCF Operations 9.0.2.0200.25431135"



• In the SDDC manager, /var/log/vmware/vcf/domainmanager/domainmanager.log show below error

Environment

VCF 9.0.2

Cause

This issue occurs because the baseline VCF Operations Fleet Management appliance (version 9.0.2.0 GA) is inherently incompatible with the updated VCF Operations version 9.0.2.0200.

Resolution

1. Deploy 9.0.2 Fleet Management appliance - 

Deploy the VCF Operations fleet management Appliance

2. Register Fleet Management instance in VCF OPS admin console 

Register the VCF Operations fleet management Appliance with VCF Operations

3. Once registration successful, apply 9.0.2.0200 Patch on the Fleet Management

Patch VCF Operations Fleet Management

4. Once the patch is successfully applied, retry validation in VCF Installer
