What causes these messages to appear in the Workload Automation AE event_demon log:

Environment

Workload Automation AE 11.x/12.x

Resolution

This error can occur due a mismatch in the "UseEncryption" type between the client and the server (scheduler). Please check the following file and confirm that the "UseEncryption" parameter value between the Scheduler and Client is consistent:

 

On Windows

 %AUTOUSER%/config.%AUTOSERV%

 

On UNIX/LINUX

 $AUTOUSER/config.$AUTOSERV

 

If is not consistent, make the necessary changes and restart the scheduler.
