Issue/Introduction

Windows login with VIP MCP integration fails with error "System cannot contact validation server or validation server is down" when the registry option isRadiusEnabled is set to 0

Cause

The registry option EnablePartial2FA is not set to 0. Options 1 and 2 can be used for RADIUS logins only. Otherwise, the login fails. 

Resolution

When the registry option isRadiusEnabled is set to 0, set the option EnablePartial2FA to 0.
