Alarm for "License Is About To Expire" in NSX Manager in VCF 9.0 appears to be false positive

Issue/Introduction

• The alarm "License Is About To Expire" is triggered on at least 1 NSX Manager. 

• There is no indication the license is going to expire other than the alarm

Environment

VMware NSX

VCF 9.0

Cause

NSX 9.0 syncs license expiry with vCenter Server.  The license on the vCenter should be verified.

Resolution

Workaround

• Run the following command from the admin prompt on all 3 NSX Managers. 
  
  start search resync all
  
  
• Waiting at least one hour.
• If the issue persists, and the vCenter license reports as expected, try rebooting the vCenter (Compute Manager) for the affected NSX Manager(s).
• If this doesn't help, open a support case with Broadcom Support for further assistance.
