Issue/Introduction

When configuring a VNA cluster, a Load Balancer is required to deploy it in a VPC namespace. The error below will commonly be observed:

admission webhook "capi.validating.tanzukubernetescluster.run.tanzu.vmware.com" denied the request: cluster can not be deployed with built-in cluster class in a VPC namespace without Load Balancer

There are two Load Balancer models to consider: 

• Virtual Network Appliance Load Balancer Model
• Avi Load Balancer Model
