Allocation hours for Material type in DWH are missing.

Issue/Introduction

You are observing that for the Material resource type allocation hours are not populated in DWH_INV_TEAM_PER_FACTS_M_V.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a financially enabled project.
2. Add four staff members to the project team, one of each: a named Labor resource, a Role, an Equipment resource (type "Hardware"), and a Material resource.
3. Ensure the project's Transaction Matrix has Rate Source and Cost Source configured for all four resource types (Labor Matrix + non-labor Matrix segments for Equipment and Material).
4. Run Rate Matrix Extraction job (Prepare + Update, full).
5. Give each of the four team members an allocation (hours/units) on the Team page.
6. Run Update Cost Totals on the project.
7. Confirm in Clarity UI (Staff/Team page) that all four resources show both Allocation and Allocation Cost.
8. Run the Time Slicing job(s).
9. Run Load Data Warehouse (Full).

Expected Results: alloc_hours are populated in DWH_INV_TEAM_PER_FACTS_V for Material type.

Actual Results: alloc_hours are NOT populated in DWH_INV_TEAM_PER_FACTS_V for Material type.
