Issue/Introduction

A customer is standardizing on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 10  and requires a compatible version of the CA Privileged Access Manager (PAM) A2A client.

Environment

PAM 4.3.1 and below

Cause

Standardization on newer operating system versions requires official platform certification from Broadcom to ensure full functionality and supportability of the A2A agent.

Resolution

Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 is not available in current General Availability (GA) versions of CA PAM (version 4.3.1 and earlier).

Official support and certification for A2A on Red Hat 10 are scheduled for the PAM 4.3.2 release.
