CAVT DVVSOPR "DVVUPPR " IS IN WRONG RELEASE LEVEL

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded ZOS to 3.1 and now receive the error "CAVT"- DVVSOPR "DVVUPPR " IS IN WRONG RELEASE LEVEL.
It was working fine before IPL. 

Cause

The VSAM/T production load library was not at the same release level as the CUSLIB for the subsystem modules. 

Resolution

After the IPL the CAS9 got reset to older version causing which caused the issue.
To resolve run CAIRIM to update DB151 subsystem to the current release. 

if the PTF DBVT 14.0 PTF LU15383 was applied to the 14.0 subsystem, the problem would not have occurred.
This PTF established compatibility between a 14.0 subsystem with 15.1 product code.
