Issue/Introduction

During a scheduled Maintenance Window, certain entities or assets are not properly included in the window's suppression scope.

As a result, alarms and alerts for these excluded entities continue to trigger during the maintenance period.

Cause

This issue occurs when a Maintenance Window is modified while actively running (Active Mode).

Resolution

To ensure consistent behavior and prevent maintenance scope failures, follow these operational guidelines:

• Pre-define maintenance scope: Finalize and verify the full list of target assets or entities prior to the start of the scheduled Maintenance Window.
• Avoid live edits: Do not add or remove entities while the Maintenance Window is actively running.
