OBS Access right page incorrectly listing objects.

Issue/Introduction

After removing objects from the top level Department OBS the removed objects still show up on Department manager's 'OBS Unit Access Rights' page.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create an OBS 'A' and associate the following objects;
 Application
 Idea
 Other Work
 Product
 Project 
 Resource
 Service

2. Create an Entity and add the OBS create in step one as a 'Department OBS'
3. Remove 'Service' object association from OBS created in step one
4. In Clarity Classic - 'Home - Organization - Departments', create a new Department and associate to the Entity created in step two.
5. Assign a resource as the 'Department Manager' field if it is not already populated
6. Navigate Clarity Classic - 'Administration - Organization and Access - Resources', Click to open Properties page of the new Department Manager.
7. Navigate to 'Resource's Access Rights - OBS Units Access Rights' page.

Expected: Access Right listing should not include 'Service - View' as Service object is not associated to OBS 'A'

Actual: Access Right listing include 'Service - View'
