Windows 11 Upgrade or Fresh Installation Fails on VDI with "This PC can't run Windows 11" Error

Issue/Introduction
During an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 or a fresh installation of Windows 11 on a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) instance, the installer halts and throws the following error:
Error:
"This PC can't run Windows 11"
"This PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to install this version of Windows. For more information, visit https://aka.ms/WindowsSysReq"
Environment
VMware vSphere 8.X
Resolution
Validate that CPU, RAM, and disk allocation meet or exceed official hardware limits.
The VM specifications were audited against the official Microsoft Windows 11 Specifications & Requirements:

Ensure that the VM meets all documented hardware prerequisites (Processor, RAM, Storage, and Secure Boot).
If the setup continues to fail the compatibility check, this issue needs to be checked by the Microsoft Support Team to review setup logs and validate hypervisor-level requirements
