• Workload domain cannot be upgraded 

• License is valid and applied correctly

• In VCF Ops under Manage/Licenses & Registration, in the Licensed Assets section for the vCenter, 0 hosts are listed under Assets:
  
  

• SSO is configured for the environment and is working correctly

• Error: "This capability is not applicable for your license. Ensure VCF entitlement is assigned for enabling the management capabilities" when viewing tabs (Lifecycle, Certificates)

• VCF Operations 9.1.x

Cause

There is an expired license listed in the Postgres database.

Resolution

Open a support case with Broadcom to remove the expired license from the Postgres database
