‘Add groups’ Shows Empty Groups/'No results found' When Scheduling a Report

Issue/Introduction

When you try to schedule a report in the Reporting workspace, you can 'Add groups' in the Notify tab. However, you get no groups available ('No results found').

Clarity 16.4.2

Cause

You can share scheduled reports only with security groups that are enabled for sharing in Classic.

Resolution

Enable one or more groups for sharing: Classic Administration > Organization and Access > Groups > [group] > Enabled for Sharing (enabled).
