In CA Spectrum Mibtools, MIB attributes were not added to all landscapes and the GUI button to add them is now greyed out.

Issue/Introduction

I added a MIB using the MIB Tools then added the attributes to all the Landscapes. However one or more of the Landscapes did not take the add of attributes and the 'Add Attribute' button is now grayed out so I cannot fix the problem.

Cause

Once the MIB Attributes are loaded and synchronized, further syncs are not possible. The Button in MIBTools is grayed out/unavailable.

Resolution

A manual synchronization of the databases is required to have all landscapes contain the same MIB information and thus the same attributes loaded.

Follow the steps outlined in knowledge article 121348 to create a "Master Catalog" and propagate it to all of the SpectroSERVER systems in the Distributed SpectroSERVER (DSS) environment.
