Issue/Introduction

vCenter 9.x にて、vSphere Client から VMware Cloud Foundation Operations を開くと、エラーが発生します。

「VMware Cloud Foundation Operationsにアクセスできません。接続を確認してください。（VMware Cloud Foundation Operations is not reachable. Please check the connection.）」

Environment

• VCF Operations 9.x
• vCenter 9.x

Cause

VCF Operations GUI のグローバル設定のリストにある「vCenter Server ユーザーが vCenter クライアントからログインすることを許可します（Allow vCenter users to log in from vCenter clients）」が無効となっていると、このエラーにより vSphere Client からのアクセスができなくなります。

Resolution

「vCenter Server ユーザーが vCenter クライアントからログインすることを許可します（Allow vCenter users to log in from vCenter clients）」を有効にします。
