[VMC] Access to the Log Forwarding UI fails with "Error In Loading Application"

Issue/Introduction

• Access to the VMware Cloud Logs UI in the Cloud Console fails with the error message "Error in loading application"
  • 
• This issue persists even after validating the Organization and Service roles of the user as per the KB: [VMC] Access to the Log Forwarding UI fails with "Error In Loading Application"

Environment

VMware Cloud on AWS

Cause

• The customer organization has not been onboarded to VMware Cloud Logs (VCL), and no active VCL subscription exists for this organization.

Resolution

• Replicate the issue and collect a HAR file as per KB Generate HAR file
• Open a Broadcom Support Request with the "VMware Cloud on AWS" team (Creating and managing Broadcom support cases) with the following details: 
  
  1. Org ID  
  2. Error Screenshot
  3. HAR file
