Issue/Introduction
Users accessing the DX SaaS platform may notice that primary features and menu items such as Metrics/Traces by Agent is greyed out and unavailable for selection.
Symptoms:
Navigation options like Metrics/Traces by Agent cannot be clicked.
Hovering over the options shows no action or indicates missing module privileges.

DXO2 SaaS.
Resolution
Share the tenant name and modules to be enabled with Broadcom Support.
