ASM Agents not working with summary alerts

Issue/Introduction

Currently we use ASM metric based (APMIA + OPMS) alert along with the particular app’s agent metric-based alerts in summary alert to identify if an application is in distress,  we are presented with a new issue on the Synthetic metrics – For these individual alarms there are no summary alarms or equivalent.
When I looked up to the documentation,  there was mention of “Custom Situations” be the alternative to summary alerts but there is no state metric of custom situation, so we will not be able to dashboard it.

Resolution

Platform su8mmary alerts are not supported. Please open an er defect
