Auto Upgrade Previous Channel Not Upgrading Systems to 14.3 RU10

Issue/Introduction

When the Auto Upgrade Release Channel is set to "Previous Channel," it  displays version 14.3 RU9 instead of 14.3 RU10

Environment

• Symantec Endpoint Security

Resolution

14.3 RU10 will become the "Previous Channel" once the SEP 16 rollout has completed. Subscribe to Broadcom product notifications and alerts and follow the Release Notes to stay up to date with the rollout status.
