Organization Count Incorrectly Displays Zero in VMware Aria Automation 9.1 Dashboard

Issue/Introduction

• Following an upgrade to VMware Aria Automation 9.1 (formerly VCF Automation), the Organization dashboard/summary in the user interface may incorrectly display an Organization count of zero (0).
• The UI counter for Organizations shows "0" despite active, functioning organizations being present in the system. backend services remain operational, and organizations are still accessible to users.

Environment

• Product: VMware Aria Automation 9.1 (VCF Automation 9.1)
• Deployment: Applicable to environments upgraded from previous versions (e.g., 8.x) or clean installations of 9.1.

Cause

• This issue is a cosmetic user interface rendering defect specific to version 9.1. The underlying backend services, database records, and integration points with VCF Operations and vCenter Server are unaffected. The discrepancy is strictly confined to the summary presentation on the dashboard.

Resolution

• This issue is strictly cosmetic and does not impact functional workloads, provisioning, or administrative tasks. A permanent fix is tentatively scheduled for a future release.
