vCenter adapter collector group reverts to original group when changed to Cloud Proxy in VCF Operations

Issue/Introduction

In VCF Operations, when a vCenter adapter instance configured with a collector group is changed to a specific Cloud Proxy (individual collector), saving the configuration causes the adapter to revert to the original collector group.

Additionally, clicking Test Validation displays no status.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.1.0.x

Cause

This issue occurs when the adapter_id is listed in both the Collector_ID and adapter_ID fields within the vPostgres database.
