AAI Business Area Month Performance Dashboard limit of 12 months

Issue/Introduction

The Business Area Month Performance dashboard and reports in AAI are currently limited to a maximum display of 12 months. Customers requiring a 13-month rolling average or a "Year + Current Month" view for senior management reporting are unable to display this 13th column natively within the dashboard.

Environment

Product: Automic Automation Intelligence (AAI) Version: 24.x and below

Cause

This is a product limitation where the dashboard display logic is hard-coded to a 12-month window. While data retention (maintenance) may be set to 396 days or more, the UI visualization does not currently support columns beyond the 12-month mark.

Resolution

This requirement has been accepted by Product Management as a Request for Enhancement (RFE).

Target Release: The functionality to display 13+ months of data on the Business Dashboard is scheduled to be fulfilled in AAI Version 26.0.

Workaround

Until version 26.0 is available, users should manually export the Business Area Month Performance report to CSV/Excel on a monthly basis. This allows for the archival of historical monthly stats to manually build a 13-month rolling report in external tools (e.g., Excel or BI platforms).
