Alarm title is no longer displayed for 0x10f01

Issue/Introduction

In DX NetOps Spectrum versions 23.3.5 and 23.3.6, the "Alarm Title" column in the OneClick Console is empty for event 0x10f01

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum OneClick 25.4.8

Cause

For an unknown reason the Prob00010f01_en_US in <SPECROOT>/custom/events was missing information

Resolution

To resolve do the following

 

1. Take /<SPECROOT>/SG-Support/CsPCause/Prob00010f09_en_US and copy to /<SPECROOT>/custom/events
2. Change the name of the file to Prob00010f01_en_US
3. Change the wording so it references "High CPU Utilization"
4. Go to the OneClick Admin page > Administration > Update Event and Alarm Files > Reload

Titles should now be seen in the OneClick console for 0x10f01
