Confluence Gatelet missing from available Gatelet Inspection policy in CloudSWG

Issue/Introduction

When configuring the Confluence Gatelet in CloudSOC, it does not appear as in the CloudSOC CASB Gateway (CloudSWG/WSS) policy list.

Cause

Confluence is managed as part of the broader Atlassian Suite gatelet within the CloudSWG policy interface. It does not appear as a standalone "Confluence" entry in the available gatelet list, regardless of its status in the CloudSOC Store.

Resolution

To apply a selective inspection policy to Confluence traffic, you must select the parent suite application.

1. Log in to the CloudSWG (Threatpulse) Portal.
2. Navigate to Policy > CloudSOC CASB Gateway.
3. In the Available Gatelets section of the Edit Gatelet List: CASB Gatelet List
4. Search for and select Atlassian Suite.

5. Save and activate the policy.

By enabling the Atlassian Suite Gatelet in your policy, the Gateway will correctly identify and steer traffic for Confluence (along with other bundled Atlassian services) to the CASB Gateway for inspection.
