TKGI MC deployment fails with "cannot get TKGI product properties"

Issue/Introduction

When deploying TKGI through the Management Console, it fails with the error:

cannot get TKGI product properties: cannot get TKGI plans: invalid worker VM type xxx, worker vm disk size must be greater than 32GB

 

This can happen during an upgrade, or a new install.

Environment

Resolution

Validate that the worker VM type for every plan configured is a valid VM type for your IAAS. You can verify this through bosh by running bosh cloud-config.

Also, ensure that the Worker VM setting for each plan is configured with a sufficient disk size.
