Customers attempting to align Automation Analytics and Intelligence (AAI) with enterprise security standards may inquire about support for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) integration patterns, specifically:

Environment

• Product: Automation Analytics and Intelligence (AAI)
• Versions: All versions prior to 26.1

Resolution

Native support for SSO and MFA integration is not available in current production versions of AAI.

SSO with MFA for AAI is currently targeted for the 26.1 release.
