Issue/Introduction

When searching for VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated Edition (TKGi) certificate rotation procedures using search engines (e.g., searching for "certificate rotation TKGi"), the primary result links to an out-of-date or unsupported version path, such as:

Cause

TKGi version 1.20 (and earlier older releases) has reached End of Support (EOS). Documentation paths tied to unsupported versions are periodically unpublished or archived from Broadcom TechDocs, which causes static search engine index links to break.

Resolution

A permanent fix (URL redirects for legacy search indices) is currently being processed and is expected soon.

As a workaround, modify the version segment in the URL to point to a currently supported TKGi version (for example, 1.24 or 1.25).

1. Open the URL returning the 404 Error.

2. In your browser's address bar, locate the version number in the path (e.g., /1-20/).

3. Replace /1-20/ with a supported version number, such as /1-24/ or /1-25/.
