Issue/Introduction

After migrating to IGA 15.0, how to reset the Administrator passwords for IM Admin console, IM (immanage : user admin) and for IP (sigma/admin : user admin)

Environment

IGA 15.0

Cause

Currently the imadmin in IM, AD1\Admin in IG and admin in IP have same passwords in v15.Overall, the only way to change the suite password  igx / services / suite / suite password.

 

Resolution

This issue is addressed in 15.0 SP1 fixpack1 release, which is now available for downlaod.
