Aria LCM workflows fail on vSphere replication restored VIDM appliances (missing vApp Options)

Issue/Introduction

• VIDM (Identity Manager) appliances restored from vSphere Replication copies.
  
  
• LCM workflows fail due to missing VIDM appliance vApp properties (options).

Environment

Identity Manager 3.3.7

Cause

LCM inventory sync is needed.

Note, vSphere Replication VMs are replicated using their respective VMX file and VMDKs, which do not contain vApp property (options) information. 

Resolution

• Initiate an LCM Inventory sync.
• Power off VIDM appliance(s) using LCM.
• Power on VIDM appliance(s) using LCM.
