BSTXCOPY doesn't copy the PDS library members

Issue/Introduction

Issue: 

The BSTXCOPY utility stops processing after issuing a warning message like C1X0514W (or C1X0501W) for an empty PDS file or an incorrect file/member name. All other valid libraries are not copied.       

 

Cause: 

The problem occurs for the installations that lack the latest Endevor maintenance. 

 

Resolution:

Applying the PTF RO89716 for release 17.0 or the PTF RO89717 for release 18.0 will solve the issue. Besides addressing the error C1X0503E for which they are intended, these PTFs will also allow the BSTXCOPY utility to continue processing after warnings like C1X0514W.
