"Parts of Jobstream" section loads slowly or hangs in AAI Web UI

Issue/Introduction

Users experience severe performance degradation or long wait times (e.g., several minutes) when attempting to view the "Parts of Jobstream" section located on the Related Jobs and Jobstreams tab.

• The loading spinner may remain active for 5–10 minutes.
• The browser may prompt that the page is unresponsive.
• This is specifically observed for jobstreams with complex relationships or high job counts 

Environment

AAI 24.4.x

Cause

This behavior is identified as a product defect (DE209413). The Web UI currently performs synchronous database queries to resolve the hierarchical "Parts of Jobstream" relationships. In large environments, these queries are not optimized for the foreground UI thread, causing the interface to wait until the full relationship tree is built.

Resolution

This issue is targeted to be fixed in AAI 26.0
