Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Aria Operations for Networks from version 6.14.0 to 6.14.3, a critical alarm showing "Version Mismatch" persists. Both the Platform node and Collector node display the correct and matching updated version numbers within the system settings. This alert remains visible 5 hours post-upgrade and survives a graceful system restart, even though the infrastructure and upgrade logs show no active failures or system errors.

Cause

The persistent critical alarm is a cosmetic sync delay that occurs while the system cycles through post-upgrade workflow state updates between nodes.

Resolution

 

1. Log into the Aria Operations for Networks user interface.

2. Navigate to the Alarms or Alerts dashboard.

3. Locate the active Version Mismatch critical alert.

4. Archive or dismiss the alert manually.

5. Refresh the Infrastructure and Update page to confirm that the environment continues to show a completely healthy status with no active warnings or faults.
