The Vantage SP web client started task VANWEBUI is getting a non-human readable output

Issue/Introduction
After installing LU19767 and LU18293 PTFs, we were able to get up after modifying the VANWEBUI STC PROC. We do have some weird output in the STC after the statement JVMJZBL1057I .

Cause
The Vantage SP web client was installed using Java version "21.0.8"
Resolution
The Vantage SP web client requires Java version 21.0.9 or higher. Reinstall the Vantage SP web client with Java version 21.0.9 or higher and update the Vantage SP web client started task VANWEBUI proc with Java version 21.0.9 or higher.
After that restart the VANWEBUI started task.
