Issue/Introduction

Application URL is not accessible. Post Linux kernel patching update , LLAWP process is not initializing successfully on restarting the Apache webservices which is configured with R12.5 webagent.

 

Environment

Webagent : R12.52

RHEL 7.x

Cause

Customer is using Init rd. services to start Apache webserver and webagent environment variables are not picked up properly. Post kernel patching this startup script got modified for some reason.

Resolution

Resolutions Steps

Configured the httpd service to call the webagent environment variables file "ca_wa_env.sh" file for loading the webagent path while starting the httpd services to initiate the LLAWP process to resolve the issue.
