Issue/Introduction
When checking "vCenter Server Collection Status" under "Integrations" -> "vSphere" in the VMware Aria Operations for Logs left-hand menu,
the error "vCenter Server SSL Certificate is not trusted" is displayed.
Environment
Aria Operations for logs 8.18.x
Cause
This indicates that Aria Operations for Logs is using the old vCenter certificate after the vCenter certificate was updated.
Resolution
To load the new vCenter certificate:
On the configuration screen for the specific vCenter, enter the vCenter login password and click the "TEST CONNECTION" button.
You will be prompted to save the new vCenter certificate;
click the "Accept" button to save it, then click the "SAVE" button.
Finally, confirm that the "vCenter Server Collection Status" has returned to "Collecting", this completes the procedure.
