Reports with Charts Display "Not Supported" Error on PDF/PPT Export

Issue/Introduction

Rreports containing bar column charts fail to export properly to PDF or PPT formats. In the exported files, the chart region fails to render and instead displays a "Not Supported" error message. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Clarity New User Experience (MUX) and navigate to Reports -> Report Designer.
2. Open  report that includes a bar column chart or images (e.g., Project Schedule and Cost (Sample)).
3. Make a copy of the report  and navigate to Project Schedule tab
4. Toggle on Show Report-level Period selector, select layout as Fixed and publish
5. Access the report from Report tile
6. Attempt to export/download the report into PDF or PPT format.
7. Open the exported PDF or PPT document and check the chart region (Project Schedule by Type)

Expected Results:

The report exports successfully with all bar column charts and images rendered correctly in the generated PDF or PPT document.

Actual Results:

The export completes, but the chart/image region fails to render and displays a "Not Supported" error message directly within the document.
