Issue/Introduction

In Automation Analytics & Intelligence (AAI), when Embedded Entitlements Manager (EEM) rules are configured to restrict user access to specific schedulers (e.g., restricted to scheduler ####), the Jobs section continues to display all jobs from all schedulers.

• User logs into the AAI GUI.
• Navigates to the Jobs section.
• The listing returns jobs for all schedulers, including those explicitly denied via EEM policy.

• Embedded Entitlements Manager (EEM) authentication enabled.

Cause

This issue is identified as a product defect where the Jobs section authorization engine fails to honor scheduler-level 'view' policies defined in EEM. This defect is tracked internally as DE184342.

Resolution

• Fixed in Release: AAI v24.4.2,
