Issue/Introduction

After following the procedure outlined in Broadcom KB Article "Including additional attributes as part of the Spectrum Inventory in DXO2" to add multiple new Spectrum attributes at the same time, users may observe temporary spikes in CPU and memory utilization on the system hosting the Spectrum Publisher.

Resolution

Resource spikes of this size during a bulk attribute addition have been analyzed and determined to be harmless. This is expected behavior as the system processes, initializes, and caches the influx of new attributes concurrently.
