This article explains whether there is a disk size limit when performing migrations using OS Assisted Migration (OSAM) in HCX.

Resolution

HCX does not impose any disk size limitation. Any limits would come from vSphere. vSphere ESXi 5.5, 6.0.x, and later versions support VMDK sizes up to 62 TB on a VMFS‑5 datastore. Please review the KB 321231 for more details.
