Issue/Introduction

User sessions remain active indefinitely.  This behavior occurs even after the configured idle timeout period passes. Multiple active sessions per user accumulate over time in the User Management.

Environment

• Automation Analytics & Intelligence 24.x

Cause

DE168352: Fixed an issue where the number of active sessions for a user kept increasing due to idle sessions not being cleaned up

Resolution

This issue is targeted to be fixed in release 24.4.2, which will be tentatively available at the end of July 2026.
