New Reporting - Gantt Widget period dates do not export correctly

Issue/Introduction

The Gantt Widget in 'Project Schedule' tab of 'Project Schedule and Cost (Sample)' report displays the monthly time periods correctly. However when you export the widget as a .png the 
label names are no longer readable. 
This affects any column label that cannot fit the label name in the space provided.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open the out of the box Report 'Project Schedule and Cost (Sample)'
2. Click on 'Project Schedule' tab to display 'Project Schedule by Type'
3. In the top right corner of the 'Project Schedule by Type' report, click on 'Download' icon to download report.

Expected: Export output of the report displays data correctly

Actual: The date labels in the Gantt Widget section are not readable.
