FTP Job file picker in AWI displays empty information menu against AS400 FTP server

Issue/Introduction

When using the Integration FTP Agent to browse a directory on an AS400 target server, it displays an empty window with a blue INFO icon as displayed on the screenshot below.

Symptoms:

• Browsing the folder structure in the Automic Web Interface (AWI) shows no files or an empty window.
• The job may still execute successfully if the file path is provided manually, but browsing fails.
• It only occurs when targeting AS400 FTP servers, if we connect via SFTP it works correctly

Environment

• Automatic Automation
• Integration FTP Agent (IG FTP) versions prior to 24.2.0
• Target FTP Server: AS400 / IBM iSeries

Cause

This issue is caused by a product defect (DE189275) where the agent fails to handle the AS400 file system panels correctly during the browsing operation.

Resolution

Fixed in Integration FTP Agent release 24.2.1 and higher (TBD).
