Issue/Introduction

 This article addresses an issue where the "Jobstream Performance Over Last Year" values remain inconsistent when switching a Jobstream's SLA Calculated End Time between System Calculated and User Supplied modes.

Symptoms:

• The "Jobstream Performance Over Last Year" report displays different values when the SLA Calculated End Time is toggled.
• The inconsistency occurs even when the prefilled User Supplied value matches the System Calculated value.
• Expected behavior: Switching SLA types with unmodified values should maintain consistent performance metrics.

Cause

This issue is identified as a product defect: DE185811.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is targeted for AAI 24.4.2, which will tentatively be available by the end July 2026.
