Phase 1 Migration fails; Exception Configuration utility has already been run

Issue/Introduction

After installing a new version of DLP and running the migrator for the first time, the console output generates the following error:

Exception: Configuration utility has already been run

Environment

Data Loss Prevention Detector during upgrade procedures. 

Cause

If this is the first time we're running the migrator and yet you still see the alert suggesting the configuration utility has already been ran it may be a migrator from an earlier release. 

Resolution

Ensure you are running the migrator from the newly installed version of DLP's installation directory and not any previous installation directory. 

Additional Information

For Linux Detectors DetectionServerConfigurationUtility is the configuration tool ran during the migration process and is the configuration tool that the error is referencing. Which is why the alert does not say the 'MIgration Utility' was already ran. Instead the error refers to the Configuration Utility that is ran as part of the migration.
