IG REST Connection Objects Fail in Automic Web Interface (AWI) v24.4.1hf2

Issue/Introduction

When using Automic Web Interface (AWI) v24.4.1hf2 with Automation Engine (AE) v24.4.1hf2, Integration (IG) REST connection objects do not function correctly. This occurs both when creating new connection objects or attempting to use existing RA REST connection objects.

Agent Status: The IG REST agent (v24.2.0) starts and connects successfully, appearing green/active in the Administration perspective.
Error: An error is displayed within the AWI when attempting to open or interact with the IG REST connection object settings.

AE and AWI: V 24.4.1hf2
IG REST agent : V 24.2.0

Cause

The issue is caused by a compatibility defect or missing library in the AWI v24.4.1hf2 release that prevents the proper rendering and handling of the IG REST connection object interface.

Resolution

Upgrade the Automic Web Interface (AWI) to v24.4.4 or later/newer version.
