We noticed that the CPU usage in the APM SQL Server is high at 100%. When we stop APM services the CPU usage goes back to normal.
This can be caused by a large amount of data in the owned resource audit table and the CMDB audit is enabled.
If you no longer need CMDB audit you can disable the option ITAM user interface > Administration > System Configuration > Event Service > "Is CMDB Audit Share Required".
Alternatively you might need to archive some of the audit data. If this is required please consult CA Support for assistance.
