Default Appneta/ODC integration not processing clears correctly

Issue/Introduction
We recently updated ODC to 26.6.1 and are noticing that we are getting duplicate events in DXO2 for each Appneta intellegent alarm. Closer observation shows the second event is a clearing event.
The first event does clear so this is partially working.
Resolution
By turning off the auto clear policy, the issue no longer occurs.
