Issue/Introduction

Column selection flyout displays attributes in a flat list without object-level grouping in the Hierarchy Task Timeline view. Duplicate field names such as "Actuals" and "Percent Complete" appear because the view pulls attributes from multiple related objects without distinguishing categories. This behavior differs from the Task Grid Hierarchy views, where attributes group correctly under their respective objects.

Follow these steps to manage the ungrouped columns:

1. Navigate to Projects > Tasks > Timeline.
2. Open the Column selection flyout.
3. Observe the flat list of available attributes.
4. Identify specific fields by hovering over the column header after addition to the view to confirm the source object.
5. Refer to defect DE209103 for the targeted fix version.

Workaround: Use the Task Grid or Hierarchy Timeline views if object-level grouping is required for attribute selection.
