Question: 

I would like to know how VISION:Report can be checked in our system like started task,how to invoke the panel.

Environment:  

z/OS

Answer: 

VISION:Report is basically a query language; there are no panels. 

You could certainly have VISION:Report applications be set up as started tasks, but not the product itself.
